Intended for the hills, the new lightweight Shimano Ultegra WH-R8170 C36-TL Carbon Disc Road Wheelset brings modern road tubeless design, low-mid profile carbon rims and disc braking to your road bike. The 36mm depth rim does more to cut through wind than our training wheels while the carbon construction easily supports tires up to 38mm in width.

The new Ultegra carbon disc wheel release consisting of the C36, C50, and C60 wheelsets was created to compliment Shimano’s new 12-speed groupset but is conveniently reverse-compatible with Shimano’s 11-speed as well, providing maximum flexibility across a wider range of drivetrains.
